At Asian Fabrics Delhi, we carefully inspect and pack every order before dispatch. Since our products are fabric materials that may be cut, handled, or processed according to the customer’s requirements, all sales are final.

No Refund or Exchange

• We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and confirmed.
• Customers are requested to carefully check the product details, colour, fabric type, quantity, and other specifications before placing an order.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
• Minor variations in colour, texture, weave, or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and the natural characteristics of the fabric. Such variations will not be considered a defect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a package that appears damaged during delivery or receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with clear photographs and details of the issue.

Any claim regarding a damaged or incorrectly supplied product will be reviewed by our team. Resolution, if applicable, will be provided at our sole discretion.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched. If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing the order. Cancellation requests are subject to our confirmation.
